Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer to enhance and sustain the reliability of our systems. This position demands proficiency in infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible, applicable to both On-Premise and Cloud environments, particularly Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance monitoring systems and notification protocols
  • Boost overall system reliability and quality assurance
  • Optimize performance metrics of systems
  • Collaborate with various teams to preemptively identify potential system failures
  • Engage in capacity planning initiatives
  • Automate deployment workflows
  • Create runbooks and tools for effective incident management
  • Oversee system monitoring and incident response management
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and document system outages
  • Work on both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures
  • Demonstrate expertise with server operating systems and monitoring solutions
  • Utilize Git or other version control systems effectively
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience with Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible
  • Familiarity with On-Premise and Cloud Service Providers
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
  • Knowledge of observability tools and Agile practices
Compensation:
$100,000 - $130,000 per year.

Our compensation structure reflects various geographical markets across the United States, with final salary considerations based on factors such as expertise and experience.
