Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee property accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable
  • Guarantee timely financial reporting and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and interpret financial statements, aiding in budget preparations
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure accurate financial data
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Execute additional assigned responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with effective deadline management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • CPA designation or candidate status preferred
