Job Overview
VitalCore Health Strategies, a leading provider of correctional healthcare services, is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant to join our team at Galveston County Jail in Texas.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality care consistent with local state regulations. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe environment and provide exceptional patient care.

About the Position
The Certified Medication Assistant will assume responsibility for the quality of care delivered during work hours and work in accordance with local practice acts and regulations. A current and valid CMA certificate is required, as well as experience in correctional or behavioral healthcare (desired but not required).
