Your Role: Execute maintenance tasks, perform thorough cleaning, and assist in event setups and breakdowns for residents and staff.

Primary Duties:

  • Engage in effective communication with residents and provide assistance as needed.
  • Complete all assigned maintenance tasks or coordinate with residents to schedule appointments.
  • Collaborate with fellow custodial staff to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
  • Be available for on-call emergencies and respond promptly.
  • Ensure all carpets in public areas, including hallways and lobbies, are well-maintained.
  • Perform vacuuming and shampooing as necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all carpeted and tiled surfaces across the premises.
  • Assist residents and staff with moving items when required.
  • Clean outdoor patios as instructed.
  • Conduct daily checks and cleaning of all public restrooms.
  • Polish floors as directed by management.
  • Carry out additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and floor care is advantageous.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is necessary.
