Job Overview

We're seeking results-oriented sales professionals to join our team as Account Executives in SMB Sales. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with customers, offering them T-Mobile's unparalleled product and service line. This is a true hunter role, requiring persistence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Fully apply all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $71,800 - $129,400 per year, inclusive of target incentives. Base pay ranges from $43,080 - $77,640 per year. To find the exact salary range based on location, please visit T-Mobile's Pay Lookup Tool.
