Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our front desk team as a Club Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests while ensuring an outstanding experience in our Judgement Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Help promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering support, and upholding club policies.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to management as necessary.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.
  • Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and collections.
  • Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess their membership needs.
