Store Customer Experience Specialist

About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-service oriented individual to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a retail environment are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Process and prepare merchandise for sale, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Support colleagues and provide guidance as needed, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
