Job Description

We are seeking dynamic sales associates who not only live well as a lifestyle, but also have the desire to share that passion with others. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and helping customers choose the right products
  • Generating sales and meeting personal sales and productivity goals
  • Working with store management to open, close, and operate a retail store, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits
  • Completing omni-channel orders timely and accurately
  • Staying up-to-date on product information, advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for living well
  • Self-motivation and strong communication and team building skills
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • To be at least 18 years of age
