Key Responsibilities
  • Report to work on time and be prepared to perform duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and practices.
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and surfaces in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and polishing of equipment and surfaces.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with trash removal and recycling.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms and other high-touch areas.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and linens.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months general labor or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and other team members.
  • Ability to understand communication in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Steward will work in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment, exposed to heat, cold, and noise. The position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds. The Steward must be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
