Key Responsibilities- Supplier/Vendor Management: Collaborate with business units to manage supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Support business units in monitoring supplier performance, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions to enhance supplier performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier engagements, developing and enforcing risk management policies and procedures specific to the healthcare industry.
- Contract Management: Support business units in monitoring contract terms, managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, facilitating communication and collaboration between suppliers and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, supply chain management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related area, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Skills: Proven record of managing large-scale supplier relationships in a healthcare setting, leadership and team management experience, strategic thinking, and ability to drive organizational change.
- Software and Systems: Familiarity with procurement software and supplier management systems.
- Competitive Pay: Salary range $101,758 - $143,442 USD.
