Position Overview

As a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized ABA therapy to clients with neurodivergent conditions and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must:
  • Hold a completed Bachelor's Degree.
  • Be available Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.
  • Commit to a consistent schedule with clients.
  • Be fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Possess strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Have a positive and creative approach to engaging clients through play-based therapy.
  • Demonstrate patience and a passion for serving clients with diverse abilities.
  • Be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 30 lbs and engaging in active play.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
  • Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to execute treatment strategies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Conduct daily data collection accurately and promptly.

Employment Conditions

Successful candidates must:
  • Obtain and maintain criminal record clearance.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Complete required training sessions.
  • Pass health screenings and maintain necessary vaccinations.
  • Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
