We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Specialist with a minimum of 1+ years in the field. If you are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Behavior Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized support to students on a one-on-one basis.
- Implementing the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) as designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Tracking and documenting student progress effectively.
- Collaborating with educational staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support students' behavioral needs.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- An ACTIVE RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Preferred experience in an educational environment.
- Familiarity with ABA methodologies.
