Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Management Team in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring that team members are equipped to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and mentoring.
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant checklists, cleaning schedules, and operational standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience preferred
  • Proven track record of resolving conflicts and providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
