About the Position

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to department staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using word processing software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with special projects, such as event planning, travel arrangements, and budgeting
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

- Equivalent to completion of two years of college (90 quarter units or 60 semester units) from an accredited college or university
- Three years of full-time secretarial or office administrative experience, including some combination of document review and processing, administrative or financial record-keeping, and/or office management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
