Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to attorneys and staff, including preparing and editing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files, and preparing court documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to provide expert support to our team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in a corporate or litigation setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of IManage and other practice management software a plus.
