Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
  • Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items.
  • Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
  • Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
  • Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assume web pick-up responsibilities and assist with exterior and interior maintenance.
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
