Optometric Technician

• Assist optometrists in eye examinations, ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Perform various tasks, including preparing patients for examinations, taking medical histories, and reviewing prescriptions.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Support retention and cultivation of exams, including making follow-up calls and resolving patient issues.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of strong customer service skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of office environment and basic math skills.

• Experience in retail and/or optical.
• Experience in healthcare.
