Job Title: Behavior Health Case Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at Family Service Association of San Antonio Inc. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized service plans that address their unique needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work or a related field, with experience in case management and crisis intervention. You should be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial eligibility screenings and complete necessary intake paperwork
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans for clients
  • Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate community resources
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
  • 1+ years experience in case management or social services
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
