**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Child Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Family Service Association of San Antonio Inc. As a Clinician II/Mental Health Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing direct child behavioral health services and supervision of other staff, program monitoring, while integrating evidence-based and best practices and strategies and maintaining expected productivity standards and adherence to professional practices.

This is a 40 hour per week position that includes full time benefits. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, behavioral health, social work, or other related behavioral science field, licensure as an LPC, LMSW, or LMFT; or other professional licensure currently issued by the appropriate state agency. At least two years experience in the human service field is required, with 1 year of early childhood experience in any setting or 2 semesters of internship experience in child mental health setting can be substituted for 1 year post masters.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 based on location and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality direct child behavioral health services in various settings, including classrooms, homes, and offices.
  • Supervise staff and monitor program performance to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and integrate them into daily work.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and adhere to professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, behavioral health, social work, or other related behavioral science field.
  • Licensure as an LPC, LMSW, or LMFT; or other professional licensure currently issued by the appropriate state agency.
