  • Daily cleaning and preparing of vacant and occupied rooms to meet our quality standards.
  • Thorough cleaning of all room areas, including lighting fixtures, ceilings, walls, furniture, and floors.
  • Ensuring bathrooms and vanity areas are meticulously cleaned and stocked.
  • Replenishing supplies such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
  • Participating in the general cleaning program by changing linens and other items as required.
  • Completing assigned daily room projects to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Assisting with carpet care by performing daily spot cleaning.
  • Maintaining an organized and well-stocked housekeeping cart.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Helping to keep all areas of the hotel clean and orderly, including public spaces and staff areas.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 60 pounds.
  • Familiarity with emergency procedures and safety standards.
  • Commitment to practicing good sanitation habits while cleaning.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Associate Handbook.
