NICU Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a NICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neonatal care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Current National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
- 1 year of experience in NICU nursing.
- Current National Certification in neonatal nursing.
