Qualifications:

  • Active LPN License from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical office, hospital, or outpatient clinic; experience in home health or hospice is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic computer skills, including proficiency in navigating web-based applications.
  • Intermediate typing abilities and knowledge of office equipment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in customer service.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to utilize experience and judgment to achieve objectives.
