The Guest Care Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Care Specialist to join our team. As a key holder and manager on duty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, driving sales of automotive repair services and tires, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a superior guest experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Assist guests with scheduling appointments, building trust, and presenting needed services
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized guest waiting area
  • Work effectively with the management team to address guest service issues and business opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product and service knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to accurately write sales work orders
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
