We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to support our administrative team during the busy holiday period.
As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our main receptionist, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing front desk operations.
You will also assist with basic administrative tasks, including setting up and cleaning up conference rooms for meetings and lunches.
Additionally, you will play a key role in our holiday charity projects by taking inventory of books and gifts, wrapping items, and preparing them for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls and greeting clients
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including setting up and cleaning up conference rooms
- Support holiday charity projects, including taking inventory, wrapping gifts, and preparing items for delivery
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a formal office setting is preferred
- Ability to handle light physical tasks, such as wrapping gifts and preparing rooms
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive pay rate of $20/hour and a flexible schedule that includes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM.
