- Assist in the preparation and organization of cooking classes and events.
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and studio throughout and after events.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils.
- Maintain an orderly kitchen environment.
- Clean counters, floors, and cabinets after events.
- Manage waste disposal effectively.
- Receive, store, and distribute supplies within work areas.
- Help with loading and unloading deliveries of food and supplies.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Resident Chef.
- At least 1 year of experience in dishwashing preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting preferred.
- Energetic individual with a proactive approach.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is essential.
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and operate kitchen equipment.
- Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Evening and weekend event schedules are expected.
