About the Role

The Program Director plays a pivotal role in leading and expanding the Behavioral Health Community Partner Program (BHCP). This individual is responsible for enhancing the individual served experience, overseeing the operational care management model, and making key leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the BHCP program
  • Enhance individual served experience
  • Oversight of operational care management model
  • Make key leadership decisions

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Prior experience with responsibility for operations of care management programs
  • Prior experience in originating and leading practices and objectives providing high-quality care management programming aimed at improving health outcomes
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in care management or population health programs
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a quality or performance improvement role
  • Working knowledge of general management principles
  • Ability to supervise and direct others
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using software for producing presentations and spreadsheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
