About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Behavioral Health to join our team in Springfield, Massachusetts. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work with patients and families affected by mental health conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in a behavioral health setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $2,310 per week, based on a 40-hour workweek. Our company offers a competitive compensation package, including referral bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, travel reimbursement, and per diem allowances.

Requirements:

  • Active MA or Compact State Registered Nurse License (if applicable)
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Additional certifications may be required
