Job Overview

Block LLP is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, demonstrating empathy while gathering essential information about their legal matters. You will oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accurate data entry and assisting our attorneys in scheduling and managing their appointments.

Compensation:
$20 - $28 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess inquiries from prospective clients, ensuring they feel acknowledged and understood while determining their case suitability.
  • Conduct various administrative tasks, including transcription, research, and email correspondence, to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and partnerships with other legal firms to attract new cases.
  • Organize appointments for potential clients that align with our criteria, helping to maintain our lawyers' schedules and expand our caseload.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and manage current client documentation through effective data entry and paperwork collection.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM and case management software is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of data management and spreadsheet skills.
  • Background in sales or customer service is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
