Position Overview

This position requires effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational abilities, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a robust background in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external collaborators to oversee forthcoming initiatives
  • Lead co-development projects for new biomarkers
  • Oversee multiple projects related to biomarker solutions
  • Deploy program management methodologies and tools
  • Facilitate team discussions and strategic decision-making
  • Report to senior leadership regarding program strategies
  • Coordinate management of partnerships post-agreement
  • Identify opportunities for growth and manage relationships with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences; M.S. or MBA is preferred
  • Over 10 years of experience in Project Management
  • Proven experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical field
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and program management methodologies
  • Excellent business insight and problem-solving aptitude
  • Dedication to fostering a high-performance culture
