Associate Director of Digital Biomarker Solutions

Lantheus is seeking an experienced professional to join our Biomarker Solutions group as an Associate Director of Applications, AI-Digital Biomarker Solutions. This role will play a critical part in enabling and supporting the development and marketing of biomarkers for use in clinical development, research, and clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Support Lantheus commercial efforts by promoting and supporting digital services and products, including imaging biomarker software for clinical use.
- Provide application support, including product demonstrations, product training, and gathering and communicating product feedback.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain our applications, and provide customer support in collaboration with Lantheus technical support.
- Represent the Lantheus Biomarker Group at scientific meetings, including promotion of products and services, and internally in relation to Lantheus teams such as R&D, Corporate Communications, and Global Medical Affairs.
- Minimum five years of industry experience in Pharma or Biotech, typically with 7+ years' experience and 3+ years of management responsibility.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for building relationships, and excellent record-keeping abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable business acumen, critical and independent thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to a high-performing, patient & people-first culture, where there is alignment around a common vision and individuals are supported in their growth path.
