Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Autism 360. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of our clinic, bridging communication between leadership, clinic staff, and families, and supporting the clinical and administrative teams through collaborative management of clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Act as a brand ambassador and liaison between parents, employees, providers, and leadership.
- Provide direct supervision to clinic employees, overseeing daily activities and ensuring effective team management.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Facilitate candidate interviews and gather feedback from clinic leadership and candidates.
- Support the new hire onboarding and orientation process.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Identify individual growth and development opportunities to positively impact employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Management
- Implement short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, and strategic plans.
- Monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effect changes required for improvement.
- Administrative Support
- Manage employee time and attendance in the HRIS system.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Education and Experience
- One to two years' supervisory experience in a medical office setting.
- Applicant must have a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Availability to be on-site at our clinics Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 + years of human resources experience including a leadership role pertaining to policy management and compliance.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or the special needs community.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $42,000 - $50,000.
