Job Description
The Guest Loyalty Specialist plays a critical role in managing the guest experience after the sale of a vehicle. This includes ensuring guest happiness, resolving concerns, and maintaining open communication with sales and recon departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely responses to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Liaise with recon to ensure prompt completion of repairs and updates to guests.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
