Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the guest experience after the sale of the vehicle, ensuring their satisfaction and likelihood to recommend Sonic Automotive to others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the guest's happiness and their likelihood to recommend Sonic Automotive to others.
  • Act as the owner of the company/guest communication, resolving any issues and/or meeting the guest's needs in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Communicate with sales and recon departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and meet and greet guests, making them feel welcome and setting expectations regarding the upcoming process.
  • Liaise with recon to ensure timely completion and with guests to provide updated information and expectations.
  • Ensure repairs have met company standards and guest expectations.
  • Work to create an outstanding culture of communication with the guest and team.

  • Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail.
  • Experience in problem resolution.

  • Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
