Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Executive Administration Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of our specialty insurance provider in Conshohocken, PA. As an integral part of the executive team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the President's calendar, organizing and prioritizing messages, and preparing for meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the President's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks
  • Organize and prioritize messages, emails, and phone calls, providing exceptional communication skills
  • Assist in preparing for meetings and presentations, including research, data analysis, and document preparation
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting C-Level executives
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with executives and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with ability to manage complex calendars and email systems
