About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence in our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff schedules and assign daily work tasks to employees to ensure efficient room inventory management and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and communicate effectively with the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Basic computer and social skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or French/Creole and English are highly desirable.
