Job Summary:

Hobby Lobby is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Agent to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will play a critical role in protecting our stores and assets from theft and fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct undercover surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters and deter shoplifting
  • Communicate concerns and observations to the Loss Prevention department
  • Assist in investigations involving possible theft by employees
  • Review camera footage and incident reports
  • Handle stressful and unpredictable situations with rational judgment

Requirements:

  • Previous Loss Prevention experience required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Background check
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking
