Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Providence St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, AK. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders. You will work collaboratively with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family to develop and maintain Speech Language Pathology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and maintain Speech Language Pathology services in collaboration with physicians and patient/family
  • Assist in direct patient care
  • Collaborate with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
