Job Description

HighCloud Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Reports Developer to join our team in Durham, NC. As a Reports Developer, you will play a critical role in analyzing and identifying reporting requirements for NC FAST Operations and Maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting Requirements Analysis: Analyze and identify reporting requirements for NC FAST Case Management System reports and develop recommendations to effectively report data of mid to high level complexity related to varied business metrics.
  • Reporting Solution Development: Design, implement, and test reporting solutions using Cram Software Inc. products, while enhancing existing reports to ensure that solutions continue to meet business needs.
  • Data Interpretation and Analysis: Interpret requirements provided by the business to analyze operational issues and develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data via reports and dashboards.
  • Report Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain reports, including report queries, report layouts, and supporting data structures, as well as Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) required to populate the data structure.
  • Status Reporting and Compliance: Provide status reports to the NC FAST Project Manager and adhere to DHHS policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience in using Oracle, Oracle Utilities ETL tools, PL/SQL scripting, and Relational Database modeling.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in structured system development methodologies, ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customers, and independently identify options.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and following complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development, Data Warehouse experience, and developing dashboards with Power BI and Azure Synapse.
  • Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Amazon RedShift & Tableau, Experience with Dell Boomi, and Cram experience.
