Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and identify reporting requirements for NC FAST Case Management System dashboards
  • Implement recommendations to effectively report data of mid to high level complexity
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document data interfaces and reporting solutions
  • Enhance existing data extracts and reports to ensure they continue to meet business needs
  • Understand underlying data sources and interpret requirements provided by the business to analyze operational issues and develop diagnostic and/or tracking data via reports and dashboards
Requirements:
  • Gather and document requirements for new and existing data extracts and reports
  • Develop complex queries against big tables storing CLOBS/XML and necessary supporting data structures
  • Write effective SQL queries that perform well even against large tables
  • Analyze existing queries and reports to fix issues and extract data
  • Develop and analyze operational performance metrics and reports to ensure quality and integrity of extracts through validation and audit strategies
