We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Global Product Compliance team at Randstad Enterprise. As a key member of our Compliance Assurance Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the timely global launch of compliant, certified products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage product certifications workstreams for new product launches and products in the field.
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance plans in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of certifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with critical path certifications.
- Monitor and report on the progress of certifications, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and tools to support certification activities.
- Support product development processes for markings and labeling, including revising labeling-related drawings and specifications as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in cross-functional technical project management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with graphic tools and labeling systems is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Project, with SmartSheet experience a significant advantage.
