About the Role

Stantec is seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Planning and Project Manager to join our team in the Pacific region. As a key member of our growing NEPA practice, you will play a critical role in supporting our DoD clients and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute NEPA project work, including direct client engagement and business development with new and existing clients.
  • Manage complex DoD NEPA projects within the Pacific region, leveraging your expertise and local network to drive success.
  • Plan and support local marketing activities to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and execution of federal, state, and local-level business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business partners, including small businesses, to foster a sustainable and growing backlog.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the federal sector as a NEPA 'seller-doer' authoring and managing NEPA documents.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams to achieve client objectives and driving business growth.
  • Ability to obtain IAW NISPOM security clearance.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Studies, Biology, Wildlife Biology, Engineering, or Community/Urban Planning.
  • Professional registration or certification, such as PE, AICP, PMP, or RA, is preferred but not necessary.
