We are seeking a skilled Bakery Clerk to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following each item's product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment.
  • Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations.
  • Ensures all bakery products meet BJ's Wholesale Club's quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborates with the bakery team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assists with inventory management and ordering of bakery supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
