Welder Specialist

At Choice 1 temps, we are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal components using heavy machinery.

• Blueprint Review: Carefully review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and repair of metal components.
• Material Sourcing: Source and procure the necessary materials for each project, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut metal components to precise specifications, using a variety of tools and machinery.
• Welding and Assembly: Weld metal components together using the correct materials and techniques, ensuring strong and durable joints.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets the required tolerances and specifications.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong Welding Skills: Proficiency in welding techniques and materials, including metal fabrication and repair.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and repair.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, lifting and moving heavy materials as needed.

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
