Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Clarvida - Washington. As a key member of our team, you will work with adults aged 18 and older who have been discharged from lesser levels of care and require additional behavior supports to maintain their placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with clients to focus on and work towards their reported goals.
  • Engage with family members and residential staff to educate and collaborate on ways to effectively support clients.
  • Maintain accurate and ongoing evaluations, progress notes, and documentation to track client progress.
  • Participate in after-hour phone crisis response approximately 1 week every 3 months.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Two years' direct treatment experience with clients with a mental health diagnosis.
  • Eligibility as a Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH.
  • Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
