Mental Health Professional/BCBA

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional/BCBA to join our team at Clarvida - Washington. As a key member of our staff, you will work with adults aged 18 and older who have been discharged from lesser levels of care and require additional behavior supports to maintain their placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients and support systems to create a Safety and Crisis Plan and Individual Behavior Support Plan.
- Meet with clients weekly to focus on and work toward their reported goals.
- Engage family members and residential staff, collaborating and educating them on ways to work successfully with clients.
- Maintain ongoing evaluations, progress notes, plans, and meeting documentation to show client progress or behaviors to address.
- Participate in after-hour phone crisis response approximately 1 week every 3 months.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, and two years' direct treatment experience with clients with a mental health diagnosis, under the supervision of a mental health professional.
- Eligible as a Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH, or Licensed in Washington as a Behavior Analyst with accompanying Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
