Certification Requirements: A Certification or Network Certification is mandatory (certification documentation must be submitted).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical assistance for users within designated locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve workstation and peripheral issues both remotely and in person.
  • Ensure that user applications and hardware operate efficiently and comply with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Install and maintain network devices that deliver essential services.
  • Manage end-user data backup and recovery processes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle surplus equipment in accordance with established protocols, ensuring proper sanitization of electronic devices, including disk wiping to DoD standards.
  • Document and track problem tickets, escalating to the appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Collaborate with vendor support to troubleshoot technical issues related to desktop hardware and software.
  • Assist with special projects, including the setup, breakdown, and relocation of computer systems and peripherals.

Work Environment: This position requires on-site presence within the assigned coverage area.
