Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Lead and manage the surgical team, ensuring efficient and effective workflow, and promoting a culture of safety and respect.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and the community, promoting a culture of empathy and compassion.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
- 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
