We're looking for a highly motivated and adaptable individual who will ensure our Senior Executive can execute against defined priorities. As a Strategic Operations Officer, you will act as a strategic advisor, problem solver, communicator, and facilitator for the organization. You will help the Senior Executive identify areas where they must direct their focus and streamline activities.

The role requires a leader who fosters a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation within the organization. Key responsibilities include defining and executing direct and extended staff meeting agendas, ensuring the executive is thoroughly prepared for external and large internal meetings, and partnering with HR on people planning.

You will lead or support strategic initiatives and projects that span across the organization or involve multiple departments or functions. Additionally, you will identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise within the organization or affect the leader's agenda. Coaching, mentoring, and guidance to direct reports and other staff members are also essential aspects of this role.

We offer a competitive salary range based on location. For the states of AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD, the estimated salary is between $128,310 and $171,080 annually. In states such as AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY, the estimated salary is between $135,060 and $180,080 annually. Please note that specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also qualify for long-term incentive.
