Job Summary

The Chief Resources Officer will collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and provide strategic direction to HR, IT, and facilities teams. This role is critical in ensuring the activities of these teams support the overall objectives of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Human Resources:
  • Align HR strategies with the organization's goals related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, training initiatives, and compliance surveys.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Information Technology:
  • Collaborate with the CTO to prioritize technology initiatives supporting business operations efficiency.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the IT team.
Facilities:
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the facilities team.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

This is a hybrid position with a competitive salary range estimated at $200,000-$250,000, considering factors such as skill set, experience, training, education, knowledge, and other business needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing HR teams.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff across various departments.
