Retail Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and provide a warm and welcoming environment.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
What You'll Need:
• 1+ year of retail customer service experience, preferably in a front-end or sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
